PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The company is committed to permanently protecting all personal data from loss, misuse or unauthorized access in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVPot). All data will be used and processed only for communication with the user. Your data will be used exclusively to ensure efficient order fulfillment. The company is committed to not sharing, selling or handing over user data to unauthorized persons.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We store and process your personal data for the purposes of order processing, maintaining contact with customers, marketing communications via email, promoting sales, and profiling customers with the aim of providing customized content and products to customers via email and on websites. When sending electronic messages, we record the views of individuals on the received messages and clicks on links in received messages. In order to provide a better and more targeted offer and customize subsequent messages, we automatically process, analyze, profile, and evaluate the interest of our customers in the messages sent. We do not perform automated decision-making based on the recorded data and created profiles.
For the purpose of processing orders, processing inquiries and informing you via email, we store the following data:
- first and last name,
- telephone number,
- email address.
We collect personal data with the explicit consent or agreement of individuals. We store consents together with their content and the content of the form with which they were obtained.
The company permanently protects the collected personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/07) (ZVOP-1), the Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 109/12, 110/13, 40/14 – ZIN-B, 54/14 – odl. US, 81/15 and 40/17) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
We may process personal data:
- when necessary to fulfill our legal obligations (e.g. issuing invoices for an order)
- when the processing of the buyer's personal data is necessary for the conclusion and fulfillment of a contract concluded with us or because he/she requested an offer from us
- when the customer has given consent to the processing of their personal data for a specific processing purpose (receiving electronic newsletters and advertising), whereby the customer always has the right to revoke the consent given.
EMBEDDED CONTENT FROM THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS AND WEBSITES
We are not responsible for the collection, use and processing of data on foreign websites and applications that are integrated on this site (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.).
NEWSLETTER
By signing up for the creative entrepreneurial newsletter subscription form, you agree that we store your data on the platform for the purpose of sending sales, content and marketing messages. You agree that we process this data for the purpose of personalizing these messages and advertising on the Facebook and Instagram platforms. As a newsletter subscriber, you have the right to corrections and deletion, as well as to view the data we store. You also have the right to object to the processing of data for the purposes of automated notification and profiling. PERSONAL DATA STORAGE
We keep basic personal data at all times from the time you place an order on the website. We keep data on issued invoices for 10 years from the date of issue, while data required for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract is kept for another 5 years from the date of fulfillment of the contract or delivery of the goods. We keep data on the views of received messages and clicks on links in received messages for another 12 months from the date the message was sent.
We store individuals' basic data until they withdraw their consent to store and process the data. If an individual withdraws their consent, their personal data will be immediately and permanently deleted.
If the purposes described above for which we store and process personal data cease to exist in our company, we will immediately and permanently delete the data sets whose purpose has ceased.
VOLUNTARINESS OF PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF NON-PROVISION
Providing personal data is voluntary and you are obliged to provide us with the data, but if you do not provide it, you cannot conclude a contract with us (as we need it to deliver the order).
INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS
Any individual may request the following for their data at any time:
- confirmation of whether we are processing personal data,
- insight and access to personal data,
- correction of inaccurate personal data,
- restriction of processing,
- complete deletion,
- transfer to another provider of related services,
- termination of processing and storage or withdrawal of consent for processing and storage, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent or consent until its withdrawal.
PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS
The request can be sent via email to support@bigsheep.si with the note "UNSIGN UP! - termination of use of personal data" or in writing by post to the company's headquarters.
In the event that our company wishes to further process personal data for a purpose other than the purpose for which the personal data was collected, we will provide the individual with information about this other purpose and all further relevant information as provided in this document prior to such further processing of the data.
If any customer believes that their rights regarding the protection of personal data have been violated by us in any way, they may file a complaint with the supervisory authority - the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia at any time:
