PAYMENT METHODS

We offer the following payment options in the online store:

• by pro forma invoice (with transfer to the company's bank account): after the order is confirmed, you will receive a pro forma invoice, and the order will be shipped within 72 hours after receipt of the payment to the company's bank account.
• by payment via the Paypal payment system,
• by payment via debit or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, BA Maestro) via the Paypal application

Please note: these terms and conditions and packaging and delivery costs apply only within the Republic of Slovenia.

For delivery to other EU countries, the shipping cost depends on the order amount.

PRICES

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR). All prices are valid at the time of placing the order until the company changes. The purchase contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded at the moment the seller confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the buyer and the seller.

DISCOUNT CODE

When ordering, the customer can enter a promotional coupon to reduce the value of the product and thus the total value of the order.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

The buyer may return the product, if it has not been used, within 8 days of receiving the order. In the event of material defects in the product or the delivery of an incorrect product, the buyer may exercise his rights in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer may exercise his rights in respect of a material defect if he notifies the seller of the defect within two months from the date on which the defect was discovered. The buyer must describe this in detail in the defect notification and allow the seller to inspect the product.

If the item does not have the properties necessary for its normal use, or a special use known to the seller in advance, or explicitly agreed properties, and if the consumer has properly notified the seller of the defect within the period referred to in the previous paragraph, he may request the seller to rectify the defect, return a part of the purchase price in proportion to the defect, replace the goods or refund the purchase price. The costs associated with the material defect shall be borne by the seller.

REFUNDS

You can return our products within 8 days, as long as they are in perfect condition and have not been used. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive products, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged for another product.

LATE OR MISSING RETURNS

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card issuer; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for processing before the refund is posted.

EXCHANGE

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at support@bigsheep.si and send your item to: Podgorje 17, 3000 Celje.
